These terms apply when you use everydayshopmart.com or buy from Everyday Shop Mart. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order we email a confirmation and a secure payment link. A contract is formed when your payment is completed and we confirm shipment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is added where required. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before checkout. Promo code DAILY10 gives 10% off eligible items, excludes gift cards, can't be combined with other codes and may be changed or ended at any time.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Physical orders are packed in 1 to 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days and costs $5.75, or is free on orders over $48 after discounts. Express takes 2 to 3 business days and costs $13.50. Delivery times are estimates.

Digital items

Gift cards and software codes are delivered to the email address you provide, usually within 1 business day. Please check the address carefully. Each card or code is subject to the issuer's own terms.

Product information

We work hard to describe products accurately. Colors and packaging can vary slightly from photos. Health products and supplements should be used as directed on the label, and you should talk with a doctor before starting any supplement.

Returns

Returns are covered by our returns policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bronx County, New York, unless the law requires otherwise.
