Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Everyday Shop Mart ("we", "us") collects when you use everydayshopmart.com, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping address and any notes when you place an order, contact us or join the Sunday List.
• Order details: the items, quantities and totals of your order.
• Basic technical data: your browser may store your cart and promo code on your own device (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack, ship and support your orders, including sending a secure payment link.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To send the Sunday List if you subscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

Payments

We do not collect card numbers on this website. Payments are completed through a secure link from our payment provider, which handles your card details under its own privacy policy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the shop, such as our email, payment and shipping partners, and only as needed to do that work. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days.
